Returns & Refunds Policy (Physical + Digital)

For Physical Goods / Jewellery / Tools (non-custom)

• EU/EEA consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt.

• To withdraw, notify via email (ian@atelierbarnard.co) with order details before period expires.

• Return items in unused condition, original packaging.

• Buyer pays return shipping unless item was faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds processed via original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving returned item or proof thereof.

• Custom or bespoke items (including alterations) cannot be withdrawn once work begins.

For Digital Courses / Digital Content

• All digital content (courses, modules) is delivered immediately upon purchase.

• The right of withdrawal for digital content is waived by the consumer (in compliance with Spanish law) once access starts.

• No refunds once access is granted.

• If access failure or technical issues occur, contact ian@atelierbarnard.co within 7 days, providing proof. Atelier will attempt to restore access if possible.
